Ayyankali Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme aims at enhancing the livelihood security of people in urban areas by guaranteeing hundred days of wage-employment in a financial year to a urban household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work.

• Started in 2010

• The scheme is implemented by Directorate of Urban Affairs,Government of Kerala.

• Ayyankali Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme is mainly focused for the people of urban area.
